Took care of my problem, will never leave ethanol gas in any thing, old tractor had been setting the ethanol ate the fuel pump up.

I purchased the kit to rebuild the Marvel Schebler DD-11 carburetor on an Onan B43M engine.First, the fuel pump reed valve block was damaged. One of the reeds were bent, making it useless.2nd, low speed adjusting screw was broken.3rd, the pin the holds the float in was the wrong diameter.4th, the needle valve seat threads were not the same as the original5th, the fuel pump diaphragm spring diameter is to large and won’t fit in the space in the housing.6th the kit doesn’t even include a carb base gasket.Don’t waste your money !

Fuel pump did not work, the screw for the float does not match and will not go in, threads are off.

The rebuild kit material quality is rather good. Gaskets fit well and fuel pump parts fit and worked well. The only issue was the fitment of the float valve seat. It is to long. I have had the same problem with other rebuild kits. I used a seat from another kit I bought several years ago that fit. I liked the kit overall. I was rebuilding an older DD11 on an Onan BF-MS twin cylinder engine. I wonder if the older carbs use a different valve seat than later models?

The leafs in the pump are assembled to tight which bent one up and off the sealing surface. Just plain won’t work like this. Replacement ordered.Quality control not the best here. Quite obvious.We will see if the company makes it right. Their ball now.I got a replacement and again the pump leafs are not seated/one bent up. Like others have said if you only need the gaskets they fit well. But all of the hard parts may or may not work or fit. I wouldn’t recommend getting this set.

Unfortunately I had high expectations after reading reviews . But I was let down by simple things such as threads and diameter issues. In the photo will show the threads do not match the original. Also the float pin is too big in diameter to fit.But the big issue came with the pump itself you will note in the photo, they are in fact not making contact in order to pump fuel.Unfortunately 2 STARS is pushing it honestly… Even the new spring supplied with the air mixture does not fit on the needle itself. But there is not many options available… I would say nine dollars(gaskets) would be pushing it for the price… Enjoy !
