This is the best on the market iv had it on 5 days now haven’t put in my van yet but it has already proved it is perfect I know something you get anything in mail that can be damaged but I’m a customer for life now ..no damaged to mine it uses 45 watts and it kicks on 3 times or 4 in one hour so I have a big battery in my van that tells me that it will not run my battery down even when plugged in all the time I ordered the cover for it it will be here Wednesday and I’m gonna put it in the van then and just plug it and leave it see what it does..but for the money..this can’t believe it’s not 400 dollar unit…really good and thanks ..amazon.

Bought for my who my 59 quart fridge freezer for my suv. Stays in all year round. Use for camping, trips and grocery shopping. I live in Florida so in summer gets very hot in suv fast while in the store. This truly is a good thing to have to protect and keep cooler!!

Item arrived on time and was packaged very well! No scratch or dent. Came with the 12V DC and 110/240 AC power cables. I tried using 110 V AC and the unit took about 4 to 5 hours to reach 37 degrees Fahrenheit. The motor was not loud but audible inside a trailer. Once the temperature setting (37 degrees) was reached, the motor was silent thereafter. I could get a good night sleep inside the camper trailer >>> good stuff! Then, I tried switching to 12V DC and it was not a problem. The temperature was maintained at 37-39 degrees. I’m not sure about this minor fluctuation but I’m OK with that. I’ll monitor if I see a bigger gap in fluctuation after using it.The freezer compartment is satisfactory for a weeklong camping. The refrigerator compartment is a bit small. I can fit 4 soda cans and some other small items. The good thing is I can set the whole 59QT compartment just a refrigerator which provides ample space for vegetables, 1/2 gal of milk, soda cans, and some meat/fish. Just be sure to consume the meat/fish so they won’t spoil.I also bought the cover and it fit very well. The cover is good quality and should help retain the temperature during hot weather. Overall, I’m satisfied with this purchase.

I had my fridge for about a year before I purchased this cover and was surprised to find that it does work, it keeps the fridge insulated, and reduces the compressor cycling time and power consumption by almost triple which was surprising. This is an expensive cover but it does work really well, I would purchase again.Two Year Update: Cover still working good, my fridge tho sweats when in cold weather and caused condensation to form underneath and on the sides, which caused MOLD to develop. I recommend removing fridge from the cover at least twice a year to clean it and inspect for mold.

I camped on a beach for a week with 2 Euhomy coolers in 100 degree weather. I thought these insulated covers would help but I did not notice a difference. I had to remove the covers because condensation occurred between the cooler and the cover. Bees were in desperate need of water and the condensation attracted them. I wish I did not purchase the covers and would return them if I could. The coolers themselves worked great.

Fit my fridge perfectly. I used some spray contact cement to put an extra layer of Reflectix inside for more insulation. Would be nice if the cover was offered in lighter colors to reflect sunlight but Ijust cover it with a white towel.

Had a fridge with out this. After adding, it’s mock more efficient. A few degrees lower than setting!
