Yes, they are designed for a purpose. I intend to use them on my C4 Corvette! How cool will that be? Black halos that are USDOT legal AND a nice change to the factory lights! They are nearly the same size as stock, so I’ll have to be creative to mount them, but it will be so worth it!

I missed the revrse light detail when ordering.. these are Nice but no reverse light. This was my mistake – Ordered these to install on Jeep with round all in one tail- lights but there is no reverse so this is not a good replacement for the red and white single round tail light we have currently… I just really liked the black out!! Now , if you have double round tail light setup or other reverse lights this is really very nice and looks sharp (your wiring will be 2wires plus the ground ) The black out is nice looking , and they fit a 4.5 inch hole very nicely.I Will be using these on my trailer along with dedicated reverse lights so it all worked out in the end. I liked these so much I decided to go with rounds on the trailer just to make use of them. This is going to require some fabrication and a new hole saw, lol , but the trailer needs better lights , higher up anyway. I do not regret ordering, I like them alot.
