The overlays on this listing are compatible with the GMC Sierra only! They are absolutely NOT compatible with the other GMC models. Unlike the others, all of our emblem overlays are precut – absolutely no trimming These are self-adhesive, gel-coated emblem “overlays” that are designed to install over your factory Gmc emblems- (the factory emblems are not included!). These will cover the entire red area and will just cover the gap between the red and chrome. They are also “re-positionable” (until firm pressure is applied)! Important: -We do make compatible overlays for your 1999-2006 Sierra, but non domed only due to the shape of the emblem (it’s not flat enough for a domed overlay to stay on without lifting at the edges). What are “gel-coated” or “domed” emblem overlays? They are vinyl overlays with a top clear coat of polyurethane, making them thicker and more durable than NON domed (flat vinyl overlays). The polyurethane coat also gives them a high gloss and 3 dimensional appearance! How hard are these to install? Not hard at all! Because this very high-tech, specialty vinyl allows you to position the overlay and then lift it back up if you need to- again and again- until you apply pressure and make it “permanent”! Install them DRY with no worries!! When you want to remove them, simply heat with a hair dryer and peel off! AND it’s removable up to 4yrs without leaving any residue or adhesive behind! We also premask these with clear transfer tape for even easier positioning during install! “Go Domed or Go Home!!!”
