The bent face plate and solid shank give it the strength to accept a gross trailer weight up to 17,000 lbs. It also features a total plate height of 7-1/4″ (NOTE: Not for use in rise position; never exceed the lowest weight capacity of any towing component; i.e. the vehicle, hitch, trailer, etc).
