Arrived quickly and had it on and turned with in 45 min on my 1967 jeep wagoneer. I myself am a novice mechanic at best most of the 45 minutes were on YouTube learning how to adjust idle and choke

Tune up really quick out of the box, hard stumble from standing stop and light acceleration, noticed it shipped with the pink cam. I swapped out to the white cam and it cleared right up. I’d recommended this product but order a cam kit so you can tune accelerationUpdate, I ended up with the orange Cam to tune out all the hesitation off idle, car runs better than ever

As I stated in the headline, this Brawler carb is a refined version of the old standard 3310. Its construction, clear glass bowl sights and adjustable air bleeds are overall superior. What needs improvement is the accelerator pump linkage. It’s sloppy and does not provide an instant shot at the slightest movement of the arm. I would concur with the other guy’s review that a different cam be used, either the white or the orange cam as he recommended. Other than that change this is a great deal for the money.

The materials in manufacturing this “Timeless Name” in fuel delivery are the best for use in “Top Notch” production of this and their other products. This model and its “relative’s, have shown to be exceptional in their designes, even on “Custom” application engines (I’m converting a 1994 2” TBI fuel delivery system on my 8,600 lbs GVW K2500 to this 600 cfm Brawler) The accelerator cable combined with a throttle cable ailment guide/hold down assembly machined from solid 6061 billet aluminum with stainless steel fasteners. Makes for a Very “Cost Effective”, simple installation system. Using spray Graphite as the “friction” modifier . (The “Looks” I get from folks when I tell them I’m going “Old School” – from a “fuel injection system” to a 4 Barrel Holley on a 3/4 ton, 4 X 4) is Priceless. Thanks to Amazon for selling the necessary items from the smart Folks at Kahos, Accel, General Motors and “Holley” – (So easy to adjust and Fine Tune)

I bought this 8 months ago and could never get it adjusted right. Holley will not stand behind the trash they make. Wanted me to send it in for flow testing on my dime. Bought an Edelbrock avs 2 1908 for my 84 corvette and works right out of the box with a tiny adjustment to the choke idel spreed..
