I like the welder I don’t like the cart amazon paired with this welder as it’s not fitting on the shelf with handle bolts blocking welder ability to sit correctly. Buy the welder don’t buy the cart they say bought together as they make you return it after its put together in order to establish a refund. So you buy it build it disassembled it and return it . I mentioned to take off the cart so others don’t get stuck in same boat but it’s still posted to sell together. So I’ll buy from local stores so I don’t waste time returning things from China

I’m an experienced welder but by no means make a living at it. This machine will up your game. I moved from a Lincoln 140 to this 211i being I could not get the constant welding on thicker materials when pushing the welder to it’s limits. Both very good machines but this one seems to have better penetration and even 110v will outperform the 140. The auto-selection setup is a solid feature, I have dramatically less slag and spatter. I’ve only used the Mig side with Gas. I seldom use Flux. If you are looking at entry-level machines such as the 140 and 180 take a hard look at this machine. You will not be sorry and not wishing you should have purchased this machine first. I will be selling my 140. This 211s is well worth trading up for me. Will update as use it more.

Dog-gon-it! My ESAP welder is crapped out, and I am in the middle of a project. This time I decided to order one of the top brands that are made in America, so I ordered an inverter type Lincoln MIG welder from Amazon. It came with a missing latch on its door, and I thought, This is a bit sloppy! It was a minor problem, so I continued to set it up to do a weld. It only kind-of worked … not all functions worked. … so I put it back in its box and returned it via Amazon’s UPS method. Lincoln … such an old and venerable brand. What a disappointment you have become. I have Miller to fall back on, but we pay such a high price for its name! I learned that Holbart is the same company as Miller, so I’m thinking of giving them a try – as soon as Amazon returns my money.

I’m a bit of a Lincoln fan anyway but man this thing welds good, even on 110 volt its welding 3/16 flawlessly.

Price was comparable to other places, and used it to weld up a rock Guard.

I love this welder! I’ve had at least three other similar mig welders over the past 15 years. My previous favorite was the Lincoln MP210 (however, it was stolen from my work trailer!).The 211i has all selections for several project details (i.e., wire size, wire type, metal thickness, etc) that make it easy to start the weld close to the settings needed for the project. I’ll occasionally slightly adjust the wire feed speed or volt setting from the system recommendations, based on the situation and my experience, etc. This welder is easily a five star rating! Looking forward to many years of easy setup welding!
