Great but could have had a few more cross bars

I think the product is well made, but it didn’t come with any mounting or assembly instructions. I called their customer support and they sent me a video from a customer showing it on the wall. So it wasn’t even from the company. Very odd. Then they sent me a email saying it would need professional installation, which it does not.Overall the proxy is made well, but their customer service needs a lot of work.

Nice kit. Does the job, but as another reviewer mentioned, it sticks out rather far from the wall so be aware of anything that might need clearance under it.One important fact that should be clarified, the mounts are NOT 16” on center for mounting on standard 16” spaced wall studs. It’s actually 14”Aside from those details, it’s a great value compared to similar items. Also, one could make their own cross bars to adjust the width amongst other modifications an ingenuous person could create

Nothing complicated. If you need assembly inspections look to Youtube.

This rack is easy to assemble and install. The tour pack clips right in the bars and it is very sturdy. Also it installs to 16” on center studs. Highly recommend to keep your tour pack safely stored.
