Arrived on time packaged securely inside a tube. The instructions were specific to my vehicle and were well written with good example photos. Everything seems like high quality materials. When the hood is opened it is in the same as the lower position of the original manual strut, 38 degrees up from horizontal.There were two clamps on the washer fluid tubing that had to be pulled/pried out to relocate the tube. The lower clamp could then be reinserted into a different hole near the hinge.
