After receiving the product and plugging it into a 12v power supply on my workbench to test it, I discovered that the thing was dead. It’s a good thing I tested it before installing it. Very disappointed in this product. The quality of this product is unacceptable for the price.The ad for this product led me to believe I was getting two whip lights. After all, the word “Lights” appears multiple times. The picture shows two lights, which is the reason I clicked on the ad in the first place. There’s a switch that comes with it, or so it says, but I didn’t get the switch. Either did I get the flag attachments to connect them to the light. Says works with brakes and turn signals. Seems that pertains to getting 2 of them. Again I’m at a lose.

The pricing is the issue. It’s a single 4′ whip light that’s priced like you’re getting a pair. Further, this doesn’t have turn signals, brake lights, or reverse lights. Six of the seller’s eight photos show two whips and I thought I was probably getting two. What showed up is one at a 60% higher price than single whip competitors. It’s okay, but it lacks the mentioned capabilities that the others have. As for how it works, it draw 1.5 watts when turned off so you definitely want to use the provided switch to shut off power when your ride is parked. Red, green, blue and white are fairly represented. The remote does not have a lot of options so you’ll need the phone app to really explore what this might be capable of. 2.5/5.0

When I tell you that this whip light is high quality, I mean one of the best on the market. This thing is tough as nails. It’s super bright and has lots of really cool effects. It has everything included for instalation. And every part is great quality. It even has the battery for the remote. The install is super easy. The flags are a nice touch. If you want light whips I highly recomend this brand, you will not be disappointed.
