Solid welds, comes with all things you’d need to install. Only thing I didn’t care for was that the little basket filter that sits in the opening is keyed as well. So it can turn freely and to be able to install the cap you need make sure the basket filter notches are lined up first.

It’s a nice tank but the gas cap placement makes it almost impossible to put gas in it after installing.. The cap is in the middle of the tank so it’s right under the bike frame on a DB30..

I ordered this for my VW beetle motor. I regularly rebuild motors for the older VW’s this small tank makes it easier to run those motors when on a stand or just being out of the car where the installed tank is not connected. this way I know the fuel in the tank is clean with out corrosion or trash. also if for some reason there is a faulty part on the motor and it is leaking there is less fuel to spill out or worse ketch on fire. I know i did not get this for the intended vehicle type but this shows you this tank can be so much more useful in a wide Varity of applications other than just what is listed.I hope this helps you in making your decision easier…

I used this on a small engine test stand and it worked great. It came with all accessories pictured and had no leaks when hooked up. I would recommend this tank for any project that required a small capacity gas tank.
