It looks like it was hit multiple times with a hammer, plenty of extra creases and dents, some from packaging and delivery, and some from the factory. For the price, I didn’t expect much, but I expected better than what I received. When I installed it, the manifold connections did not line up with my 1989 F-150. I believe it will work with some additional fabrication.

Installed efi manifolds on my 81 f150 4.9 and I used this y pipe to get the exhaust away from the engine. It fits perfect as long as you have the manifolds seated all the way up into the bolts. If you don’t have the manifolds up enough the y pipe will not fit properly.

Poor quality welds and I had to cute 2 inches off to even install

Buyer Beware –
Love it! It isn’t the greatest but it’s the only one available that I found. I now have a small exhaust leak where it marries to the manifold, but the truck sure does sound good with straight pipes!
